DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASES In all cases in which domestic violence is alleged and the parties are involved in the FCS process, whether or not either parent has requested a separate meeting, some time will be spent by FCS with each parent separately in order to assess this issue in accordance with the FCS’ Domestic Violence Protocol early in the interviewing process. The Domestic Violence Protocol is available from FCS.
